Program Ads

Ads will appear in the program books for all of our college and high school quarterfinal and semifinal events in the 2011 competition season. Each year, we book approximately 40 of these concerts, primarily in the United States. For a complete list, please visit our events page.

To advertise with us, please e-mail the content of your ad to us, and send the check separately in the mail.

 
Deadline

All materials and payments must be received by January 1, 2011 for the following competition season.

 

Mechanical Requirements

Advertisers are responsible for providing ads sized to the correct specifications.

Full page              5 1/4”                        8 1/4”

Half page             5 1/4”                        4”

 

Advertising Rates

Full page          $600

Half page         $350

College and high school a cappella groups receive a 50 percent discount on all ads.

Artwork Specifications

Ads must be black and white and sized according to specifications.

Advertiser is responsible for design fees incurred to adjust ads to fit specifications.

Digital files accepted via email in Illustrator, Photoshop, TIFF or JPEG only.
Other programs may be acceptable but must first be cleared with our headquarters.

Files must be 600 dpi or greater.
